Yoghurt Oat Cake

1 1/2 cups Kialla Pure Foods Rolled Oats
2 cups Kialla Pure Foods Unbleached Plain Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 cup light brown sugar
125g butter, melted
2 eggs
2/3 cup firm natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
method
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Lightly grease and flour a 22cm x 24cm pan. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; add yoghurt and vanilla and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and spices in a separate bowl. Add oats and half flour to wet mixture, stirring well. Stir in orange juice. Add remaining flour mixture and orange rind. Stir until just combined. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool and ice with orange cream cheese icing.
