Banana Buckwheat Pancakes

ingredients
1/4 cup Kialla Pure Foods Buckwheat Flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk or butter milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 ripe cavendish banana
method
Blend all ingredients until they form a smooth batter. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Pour 2-3 tablespoonfuls of batter onto a heated, oiled heavy-based pan or griddle. Cook until lightly browned underneath; turn and brown other side. Repeat process with remaining batter. Fold pancakes and serve with an orange sauce.
