Barley Pumpkin Scones

ingredients
1 cup KIALLA Barley Flour
1 1/2 cup KIALLA Rice Flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 cup mashed steamed pumpkin
1/2 - 1 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
method
Stir dry ingredients.
Blend pumpkin, milk and honey.
Combine all ingredients mixing well.
Shape into scones and place on a lightly greased tray.
Bake in a hot oven for twelve minutes, or until cooked.
