ingredients
½ cup KIALLA Sunflower Kernels
¼ cup KIALLA Linseed
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup caraway seeds
1 cup KIALLA Soya Flour
½ cup KIALLA Buckwheat Flour
1 cup arrowroot Flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ cups soy milk or buttermilk
2 teaspoons honey
method
Pre heat oven to 180° C
Lightly grease loaf tin
Sift flours and baking powder into a bowl;
Add seeds; stir in combined milk and honey.
Pour into prepared tin and bake for 40 – 45 minutes, until bread comes away from tin.
Toast under griller or return to oven until crisp.
